The Create SPC Connect Account page
To display the Create SPC Connect Account page, click Create SPC Connect Account for a user listed on the Panel Users page (see The Panel Users page).
The Create SPC Connect Account page enables you to create an account on SPC Connect for a panel user, and automatically pre-register the corresponding panel to the new SPC Connect account.
The Create SPC Connect Account page displays the following:

User Name |
Displays the name of the user on the SPC panel. |

Enter the email address for the user. The email address must be unique on the system. If the user has more than one panel user accounts, they must each have different email addresses for each account. |

Username |
Enter the unique username this user will use when logging in to SPC Connect. |
First Name |
Enter the first name of the user. |
Last Name |
Enter the last name of the user. |
Postcode |
Enter the postcode of the user. The user must enter this postcode when completing the SPC Connect account registration process. |
Phone Number |
Enter the phone number of the user. |
Current Web Password |
This field is only displayed if the user has a web password on the panel. If the user has a web password on the panel, you must enter this password to create an SPC Connect account for them. |
Enter details for the new account and click Create SPC Connect Account. SPC Connect sends an activation email to the email address provided: the recipient should click the confirmation link in the email to complete their SPC Connect account registration and begin accessing their panel.
An error message is displayed if you try to create an account for a panel user that does not have Web Access in at least one assigned panel user profile. |
