Configure push notifications for panel events (Android)
 

Vanderbilt cannot guarantee the delivery of push notifications. In particular, if your iOS/Android device goes into low power/power saving mode, the push notification feature on the device may be disabled, and you may not receive messages from the SPC Connect server. Push notification is not a substitute for professional monitoring services.

  1. Tap Login and enter your registered User Name and Password.

    If you have not already created an SPC Connect account, you must create one first. See Create an account (web), Create an account (Android), or Create an account (iOS) for more information.

  2. Tap Menu Icon screenshot > Settings > Panels.

  3. Tap the entry for a specific panel.

  4. Tap Edit/Notifications in the menu that appears.

  5. Select to Enable notifications for this panel, then toggle on/off specific panel events for which you wish to receive push notifications from the app.

  6. Tap Send.
