The Settings screen (iPhone)

To display the Settings screen, tap Settings in the navigation footer on the Home screen or the Site screen.

The Settings screen displays the following links:

• General – Tap to edit general settings for the current site.

• Maps – Tap to edit maps settings.

• Security – Tap to edit security settings.

• Panels – Tap to edit panel settings.

• Info – Tap to view the app version, and links to Corporate Information, Terms and Conditions, Data Privacy Statement and Best Practices.

General settings (iPhone)

The following general settings for the current site are available in the SPC Connect app:

Delayed Arming	Enable to use an exit time to delay arming, giving people on site time to exit the building. If Delayed Arming is not enabled, arming of the system is immediate. This option applies to arming of the full system and of individual areas.
Show Isolates	Enable to show isolated zones in the zones list. See The Zones screen (iPhone) for more information.
Hide non-alarm Zones	Some systems may be configured with zone types that are not part of the ‘security’ of the system. (For example, tech type zones.) Enable this option to show only zones that affect site security in the zones list. See The Zones screen (iPhone) for more information.
Show IDs	Enable to show the internal ID number of the device or element for each area, zone, door and output. This is useful from a technical perspective.
Show info for last set/unset event	Enable to show details of the last fullset/unset for each area on the Site Summary screen. If this option is enabled, then the following details are shown for each area: whether the last action was a set or an unset; the name of the user that performed the set/unset; the date and time of the set/unset.
Enable user notifications	If your panel is managed by an installer/management company, enable this option to receive system user notifications from your installer. If you disable system user notifications, you will not receive general, offer, or warning notifications sent by your installation company using SPC Connect. You will continue to receive any configured push notifications for panel events, and your installation company may still contact you via email outside of SPC Connect.
Show Demo Site	Enable to show the demo site in the app.
Reset Demo Site	This option only appears if Show Demo Site is enabled. Tap to reset the demo site if you have made changes while exploring the app.

The settings on this screen apply for all sites viewed through the app.

Maps settings (iPhone)

On the Maps Settings screen, toggle on/off the items to show on the Maps screen. See The Maps screen (iPhone) for more information.

Security settings (iPhone)

Toggle on/off App Lock to password protect the SPC Connect app. You must specify a password in the Password field before you can toggle on password protection.

When password protection is turned on, you must enter the password before you can use the app.

Panels settings (iPhone)

On the Panels screen, you can add a new panel to your account, or edit the settings for a panel already registered to your account. See The Panels screen (iPhone) for more information.
