The Account page

To display the Account page, click the user icon in the top right corner of the page, then click Account in the drop-down menu that appears.

The Account page shows the following account information:

Login Information

Displays your SPC Connect username. The value cannot be edited.

User Information

Displays the following editable user information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Other Names

  • Email

  • Address

  • Post Code

  • Phone Number

Security Question

Displays the two security questions configured for your account. Answers are shown as strings of asterisks.

Edit the answers to already-selected questions if required. To select alternative questions, use the drop-down lists provided, then enter answers. If you add/change security answers, click Save before proceeding.

To change any of your editable information, edit the value in the form and click Save.

To change your password, click Change Password and follow the on-screen instructions.

To recover a forgotten password, go to the SPC Connect Login page, click Recover Password and follow the on-screen instructions to have an email with a password reset link sent to your registered email address.

To delete your account, click Delete Account.

 
  • If you delete your account, all your account data will be lost.

  • If you create a new account with the same email address, you must re-register any panels to which you have access.

  • You cannot delete your account if you are the only Panel Manager on a panel and there are Standard Users on that panel. You must promote a Standard User to Panel Manager first.
