Upgrade the firmware version of a panel

SPC Connect Pro enables you to manage the configuration of panels with a firmware version of 3.8.5 or later. This procedure describes how to upgrade the firmware version of a panel. See Upgrade the firmware version of a configuration file for information on how to upgrade the firmware version of a configuration file using SPC Connect Pro.

1. Find the entry for the panel you want to upgrade on the Local Panels page or the Discover Panels page.

2. Click Connect  beside the panel you want to upgrade.

3. Enter engineer credentials if prompted.

4. Upgrade the panel firmware on the File > Upgrade page. See SPC 4xxx/5xxx/6xxx Installation & Configuration Manual for more information.
