Product Version(s): SPC Connect 3.0
Topic last updated: January 2020
The Audit Trail company operation is a chronological set of records that provides a historical record of events and actions for the purposes of evidence, proof of compliance and/or operational integrity.
Audit trail records contain the following information: date, time, and user information associated with the transaction.
For a full list of audit events refer to the Group and Group Action drop down filters. The list of audit events can be searched and filtered based on date, type of audit event or using search text.

Installers with the Audit Trail installer right enabled.
The Audit Trail operation is enabled by default for Company Managers; for Standard Installers, it must be manually enabled.

Examples of the Audit events that are recorded are:
-
Login and Logout of installers on the company
-
Change of settings of a site, site group or company
-
Change of rights for Installers or Installer Profiles
The last 5000 audit entries are saved to the SPC Connect database. Audit entries older than 30 days are automatically deleted from the database.
